Novapars Capital, an investment company headquartered in The Netherlands, announced it has reached an agreement with a foreign investor to acquire a € 80 million portfolio of residential mortgage loans in the Netherlands.
The acquired portfolio consists of mortgage loans in the Netherlands with an average size of approximately €180.000, originated in the past decade. Servicing of the loans will be managed by Credit Management & Investor Solutions B.V.
