Novapars Capital, an investment company headquartered in The Netherlands, announced it has reached an agreement with a German bank to acquire a € 58 million portfolio of mixed assets in Germany.
The acquired portfolio consists of personal loans, mortgage loans and fund participations in Germany. The servicing of the assets will be migrated from the seller to the servicing organization of Novapars Capital in Germany.
Gerben Willems, managing director of Novapars Capital, is pleased with the completion of the transaction: “We are happy we have been able to execute this transaction in good cooperation with the seller.
